A personal development system
Re-evolución Personal
“The most revolutionary act I can undertake is to try to become a better person.”
I began by asking myself, “What am I here for?”
“I find it easy to help others become better people; doing it myself is much harder. Especially in my work, where I even get paid to do it. Every day, the seduction of ‘consciousness’ can become a comfortable distraction from looking at myself… So I decided to stop, and the question that emerged was: ‘What am I here for at this point in my life?’
That is how Re-evolución Personal began: by applying to our own lives everything we had learned through our work with clients, and by sharing, as a community, the journey of becoming better people.”

Focus, prioritize and commit to what is truly meaningful to you.
Re-evolución Personal is a system that brings together the best practices from personal development, management and strategic planning to help people live with purpose through consistent practices that move them to the next level.
Although it operates as an independent module, the system was born from and continues to draw on the same work we do at Integralis. It is so structured and effective that we recommend it and practice it within my consulting work.
Personal development
Practices that strengthen who we are, integrated through discipline.
Management
Practical tools that turn change into action.
Strategic planning
Looking at the year ahead with the same clarity used to plan a business.
Re-evolución Personal has a home of its own.
The retreats, the annual 12w program, the #EsMomentoDeParar gathering, the book and the community all live on ReP's own website, where you can discover each experience, explore upcoming gatherings and join the conversation.
